Trip Cancellation & Refund Policy

Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. The deposit secures your reservation and covers administrative, planning, and supplier commitment costs incurred at the time of booking.

Trip Cancellation by the Traveler
If a traveler cancels their trip after the deposit has been paid, any remaining trip payments (excluding the non-refundable deposit) may be eligible for a refund on a prorated basis, calculated according to standard industry practices and the cancellation policies of third-party suppliers (including but not limited to airlines, hotels, tour operators, and transportation providers).

Prorated Refunds
Prorated refunds, where applicable, are based on:

  • The timing of the cancellation relative to the trip start date

  • Services already rendered or committed

  • Non-recoverable costs charged by third-party suppliers

  • Administrative and processing fees

Refund amounts may vary and are not guaranteed to be a full return of amounts paid beyond the deposit.

Non-Refundable Components
Certain trip components may be fully non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing. These may include airfare, special permits, event tickets, customized services, or other items designated as non-refundable at the time of booking.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued using the original form of payment and may take 30 business days to process after final confirmation of refundable amounts.

Trip Interruption or No-Show
No refunds will be issued for unused services resulting from trip interruption, early departure, or failure to arrive (“no-show”).
